The company's new line of rustic beauties, called Go Homes, are inspired by the traditional barns and cottages of New England, and start at just $179,000. Go Logic, a design and architecture firm based in Maine, can construct the homes on your property in less than two weeks, almost anywhere in the country.

The Go Home collection includes 10 models that range in size from 600 square feet to 2,5000 square feet, including single-bedroom cottages and four-bedroom family homes. Details like exterior siding, windows, trim, flooring, and hardware can be customized to the owners' liking. The homes are designed to be used as a main residence, a vacation home, a guest house, among other potential uses.
The list of building materials owners can choose from includes country farmhouse favorites like metal roofing, rusty metal cladding, white cedar siding, concrete surfaces, plank ceilings, and more.
The best part? The homes will be even more affordable in the long run, since all of the designs meet "passive" house standards, meaning they're energy efficient and will cut down your heating and cooling costs.
